摘要
目的:研究建立湖北省十堰地区儿童全血微量元素锌的正常参考值范围,为临床诊断提供符合本地人群的实际参考依据。方法:选取在湖北医药学院附属太和医院进行微量元素检测且无锌异常症状也未服用微量元素制剂的生活在十堰地区的12岁(含)以下儿童5 000例,用极谱法测定其全血微量元素锌的浓度值,并对检测数据进行统计学分析处理。结果:湖北省十堰地区儿童全血微量元素锌的正常参考值范围是66～179μmol/L。结论:本地区儿童全血锌的正常参考值范围与厂商提供的参考值范围有一定差距,本研究所建立的正常参考值范围体现了本地区的实际情况,可作为本地人群临床诊断的实际参考依据。
Objective： To establish the normal range of zinc concentration in children＇s whole blood and provide diagnostic basis for the local population in Shiyan city,Hubei province.Methods： Five thousand children less than 12 years old were selected with trace elements-zinc detection in our hospital,which didn＇t have zinc abnormal symptoms.We measured the zinc concentration in whole blood by polarography and the test data were statistically analyzed.Results： The normal reference range of whole blood zinc concentration in children was 66-179 μmol/L in Shiyan,Hubei.Conclusions： There was a difference between the actual reference range and the reference provided by manufacturers on normal whole blood zinc level in local children.Our research reflects the real condition and can be used as the basis for the clinical diagnosis in the local population.
