摘要
目的 观察生脉注射液配合西医常规疗法治疗缺血性心肌病充血性心力衰竭疗效。方法 98例患者分为治疗组 52例和对照组 46例。对照组采用西医常规治疗 ,治疗组在西医常规治疗基础上加生脉注射液治疗。结果 治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为 94.2 %和 71 .7% ,显效率分别为 59.6%和 32 .6% ,2组比较均有极显著差异 ( P <0 .0 1 ) ;治疗前后血压、心率、左室射血分数变化情况治疗组均优于对照组 ( P <0 .0 1或 0 .0 5)。结论 生脉注射液配合西医常规疗法治疗缺血性心肌病充血性心力衰竭疗效满意。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shengmai injection on ischemic myocardial disease with congestive heart failure. Methods 98 patients with ischemic myocardial disease with congestive heart failure were randomly divided into two groups. In treatment group (n=52) integration of shengmai injection and routine Western Medicine treatment was utilized and in control group (n=46) only routine Western Medicine treatment was applied. Results The total effective rate (94.2%) and significant effect rate (59.6%) was significantly higher in treatment group compared with those in control group (71.7%, 32.6%, P<0.01). Improvement of blood pressure, heart rate and left ventricular ejection time were advantage in treatment group compared with those in control group (P<0.01).Conclusions Integration of shengmai injection and routine Western Medicine treatment can produce a satisfied effect on ischemic myocardial disease with congestive heart failure.
