摘要
目的 观察龙寿丹胶囊对偏头痛患者血浆内皮素 ( ET)的影响及临床疗效。方法 采用放射免疫法对 1 1 0例偏头痛患者口服龙寿丹胶囊和安慰剂治疗前后血浆 ET进行测定 ,并观察其近期疗效。观察期为 4周。结果 龙寿丹胶囊可明显降低偏头痛患者血浆 ET水平 ( P <0 .0 1 ) ,其近期疗效优于安慰剂 ( P <0 .0 1 )。结论 龙寿丹胶囊能降低偏头痛患者血浆 ET水平 ,可用于防治偏头痛。
Objective To study the effects of plasma endothelin (ET) and the clinical efficacy in treating migraine with Longstand. Method The ET level in Plasma was measured by radioimmunoassay in 110 migraine patients treated with Longstand and placebo. The efficacy of therapy in the near future was observed simultaneously. The duration was 4 weeks. The efficacy was assessed on the basis of the changes of plasma ET and the curative effect in the near future. Results The results showed that the curative effect of Longstand in the near future was superior to placebo and the difference was statistically highly significant(P<0.01). Longstand could decrease the plasma ET level in migraine patiets significantly(P<0.01). Conclusions It suggested that Longstand could decrease the plasma ET level in migraine patients, it can be used to prevent and treat migraine.
