摘要
本文利用国泰安(CSMAR)数据库数据,对2001—2010年上市公司并购事件进行统计检验与比较分析。通过分析,文章得出我国上市公司并购活动的一系列特征:并购时间分布特征、并购行业分布特征、并购前后主并公司经营业绩与资产负债率特征、并购企业性质等,这为以后进一步研究并购提供了参考。
Through studying systematically CSMAR data of M＆A deals of listed companies from 2001 to 2010, the article figures out a series of M＆A features about time distribution, industry distribution, operating performance and asset-liability ratio of acquiring corporations and the nature of M＆A companies, etc. , which lays the foundation for further research into M＆A.
