摘要
北京谷泉会议中心客房楼及附属设施为山地建筑,主体结构为由斜墙、斜柱组成的现浇钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构,整体外包玻璃幕墙、金属幕墙和石材幕墙,结构体系极不规则,受力状况复杂。通过对斜墙、斜柱模板的加工、安装、测量的控制,以及对斜墙、斜柱模板支撑体系、混凝土浇筑过程的控制,成功解决了倾斜构件支撑体系等诸多难题,并取得了良好的工程效果,构件的规格、尺寸,安装的整体偏差均能满足规范要求。而且应用了BIM技术协助施工,大大提高了工作效率、降低了成本。
The vip room building and its ancillary facilities of Beijing Guquan Conference Center belong to mountainous building whose main structure is cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure consisting of oblique walls and columns. The whole structure is clad with glass curtain wall, metallic curtain wall or stone curtain wall. The irregular structure bears complicated forces. Many difficulties in inclined member supporting system are successfully solved through control on processing, installation and measurement of formwork for inclined wall and column, as well as management of inclined column formwork supporting system and concrete pouring process. Favorable engineering effects are obtained and overall deviations of specification, dimension and installation of members well satisfy the requirements. The application of BIM technique in construction obviously improves the construction efficiency and save the construction cost.
