摘要
利用倏逝波的概念和多波束干涉理论解释了一维固-液结构有限周期声子晶体全反射隧穿效应产生的原因,并推导出全反射隧穿峰带的波长满足的解析公式。得出了一维固-液结构有限周期声子晶体全反射隧穿峰带的波长随周期数以及周期波程的变化规律,这些结论与转移矩阵法的结论吻合,弥补了一维有限周期声子晶体研究中数值计算方法的不足。
In order to obtain analytic theory of 1D solid-liquid limited cycle phononic crystal,the evanescent wave and the beam interference theory are used.The physical mechanism of the total reflection tunnel effect of 1D solid-liquid limited cycle phononic crystal is explained and the analytical formulas is deduced.The change rule of the total reflection tunnel effect that response curves of wavelength versus cycle number and cycle wave distance are studied.Transmission matrix method and analytical method is compared and their results are the same,it makes up the deficiency of the numerical calculation method of 1D limited cycle phononic crystal.
