摘要 目的总结CO2气腹对肿瘤细胞侵袭性的影响以及目前的研究进展。方法复习国内外该领域的相关文献,回顾性总结CO2气腹对肿瘤细胞侵袭性的影响以及目前的研究状况。结果 CO2气腹可能通过改变间皮细胞的结构和功能、改变局部微环境、影响肿瘤细胞基因的表达、改变细胞因子分泌、改变肿瘤细胞的黏附性等机理来影响肿瘤细胞的侵袭性。结论 CO2气腹对肿瘤细胞的侵袭性确有影响,但其具体机理还有待更为深入的研究。 Objective To summarize the research progress of CO2 pneumoperitoneum impacts on invasiveness of cancer cells.Methods Currently published experimental and clinical researches related to the effect of CO2 pneumoperitoneum on invasiveness of cancer cells were reviewed.Results CO2 pneumoperitoneum may affect the invasiveness of cancer cell through several ways,such as changing the structure and function of mesothelial cell,changing microenvironment of peritoneum,influencing the expression of oncogen,affecting the secretion of cell factor,and changing the adhesion of cancer cell.Conclusion sThe consequences of these alterations to cancer cell and the microenvironment are not well understood,but they may facilitate tumor invasion and implantation.Further investigations in this area are very urgent.
