摘要
胸腰椎陈旧性骨折并后凸畸形，可引起局部疼痛、神经功能障碍，此时常常需要手术干预，而手术方式及椎体替代物的选择也多种多样，选用何种手术治疗此类疾病一直是个棘手的问题，而且手术常常需要切除病变椎体，椎体切除术后的脊柱往往需重建其稳定性，人工椎体置换是诸多选择中的一种。我院于2011年收治1例胸12椎体陈旧性骨折伴后凸畸形的患者，现将其治疗经过报道如下。
Thoracolumbar old fractures with kyphotic deformity could cause local pain and neurological deficits, and by the time it often needed surgical intervention. However, the operative method and the vertebral body alternative choice also varied. What kind of surgical treatment to choose for this kind of disease had always been a difficult problem. Moreover, vertebral body resection should be carried out during the operation, and after that the spinal stability often should be rebuilt. Artificial vertebral body replacement was one of the many choices. In 2011, a patient who had thoracolumbar-12 old fractures with kyphotic deformity was adopted by our hospital. Now the treatment procedure was reported as follows.
