摘要
以工程实际中广泛应用的管道为基础,针对管道输送中的薄弱环节弯管部分,采用FLUENT流体力学数值模拟软件和有限体积法,建立油水两相流流场的数学模型,研究弯管油水两相流动的速度、压力、流线分部的特性。结果表明该数值仿真方法对两相流具有较好的模拟。
With the engineering practice of the extensive application of pipe as the foundation,in view of the weak link in the pipe bend , we used FLUENT fluid mechanics numerical simulation software and finite volume method to build the mathematical model of a two phase flow oil and water flow field, the paper studies the characteristics of the tube bending water-oil two phase flow speed and pressure as well as flow of the division. The results show that the numerical simulation method has good simulation on two phase flow.
