摘要
以区域性城市发展案例研究视角,对唐山市城市体育信息网络服务内容、特点、区域创新、发展策略等方面展开讨论,建议以市体育局门户网站改建为驱动力,突出强化城市体育信息的整体性与区域性特点,建立Web技术支持下的信息交互共享操作实现平台,加强各社会力量间的沟通与合作,在体育事业与体育产业信息间寻求价值平衡与实现的关系,提升面向用户的网络信息服务的实用性与可操作性,提高区域城市体育信息化发展水平,旨在为相关部门与行业决策提供理论参考。
Studied from the perspective of regional urban development case,various aspects on urban sports information network services of Tangshan City were discussed in this paper,such as service content,characteristics,regional innovation,development strategies and so on.It suggests to regarding the web portals of Municipal Sports Bureau as the driving force in order to highlight the integrity and regional characteristics of urban sports information,establish the platform for achieving information interaction and share supported by Web technology,enhance the communication and cooperation among various social powers,seek relationship of value balance and achievement between sports cause and sports industry information,increase the practicability and operability of user-oriented network information service,and increase the development level of regional urban sports informatization.It aims to provide relative departments and industries with theoretical references for decision making.
