摘要
推进社会主义新农村建设,广大农民是主体。因此,要想快速增加农民收入,增强农民幸福感,促进农村经济发展,建设社会主义新农村,就必须培养出"有文化、懂技术、会经营"的高素质的新型农民,这是社会主义新农村建设的重要基础、是统筹城乡经济社会发展的必然要求、是增加农民收入的重要渠道、是改变农民现状的迫切需要。通过对我国农民收入情况的研究,把提高外出农民工和留守农民素质作为提高农民收入、缩小城乡差距的具体措施,同时利用国家经济转型的大好形势推动农村经济的增长。
To Promoting the construction of new rural community,the farmers are the main body.Therefore,in order to increase farmers＇ income quickly,promote rural economic development and build a new socialist countryside,the most important thing is to cultivate a new type of farmer who is well-educated and proficiency in technology and management.It is the foundation of the construction of new rural community.By studying the situation of farmers＇ income,this paper pays more attention on improving the quality of migrant workers and stay-at-home farmers and puts it as the measure to increase farmers＇ income and narrow the gap between rural people and urban people.At the same time we should take full use of the advantage of national economic transition and promote rural economic growth.
