摘要
目的五年制预防医学专业培养的学生需要高瞻远瞩,从战略高度考虑人类的疾病和健康问题,他们急需充实管理知识。于是,卫生事业管理学课程有必要写入预防医学本科的培养方案。本研究通过分析我国医学院校卫生事业管理学开课情况,对开设军队卫生事业管理学课程以及课程的安排提供借鉴与参考。方法本研究对全国医学院校中设有五年制预防医学专业的28所医学院校开设卫生事业管理学课程的设置情况进行描述性分析,包括课程开设情况、课时分配、授课学期安排、学分及课程考核方式,并对比研究第三军医大学2008年新开设的军队卫生事业管理学课程的设置情况。结果针对预防专业本科生开设的这门课程在授课学期安排及考核方式上符合国内的其他医学院校开设同一课程的大众化标准。结论从整个课程设置来说,需要适当增加这门课程的实践课时数,增强实践功效。
Objective Students of five-year preventive medicine program need knowledge of management in order to develop their ability to consider health and diseases from more comprehensively aspects. So the course of Health Service Management has become one of the required courses of five-year preventive medicine program. This study aimed at providing suggestions on open- ing Military Health Service Management in our university. Methods This paper descriptively analyzed the course of Health serv- ice management offered for Five-year preventive medicine program in 28 medical universities in China. We mainly considered its coverage in medical universities, the amount of the classes, teaching schedule, credit, and evaluation methods. Results Teaching schedule, credit and evaluation methods in our university are similar with other medical universities. Conclusion However, the amount of the classes should be increased, social practice should be enhanced.
