摘要
目的系统评价黄芪注射液治疗儿童病毒性心肌炎的疗效及安全性,探讨黄芪注射液是否为治疗此病安全有效的药物。方法计算机检索黄芪注射液治疗儿童病毒性心肌炎随机对照试验文献,对符合纳入标准的研究评估与资料提取后,采用Review Manager 5.1软件分析。结果①42个研究在常规治疗的基础上加用黄芪注射液,疗效明显优于化学药物常规治疗[RR=1.23,95%CI(1.18,1.29)];②2个研究单独使用黄芪注射液,与常规治疗比较疗效无显著差异[RR=1.12,95%CI(0.84,1.49)];③6个研究在常规治疗的基础上加用黄芪注射液,明显缩短恢复时间[WMD=-7.17,95%CI(-8.99,-5.34)];④1087例使用黄芪注射液患儿未发现明显的不良反应。结论在常规化学药物治疗基础上,加用黄芪注射液治疗儿童病毒性心肌炎可以提高疗效,缩短康复时间,不增加药物不良反应。
Objective To assess the effect and safety of I-Iuangql injection for viral myocarditis in children. Methods We searched and assessed the literatures of clinical trials（ randomized controlled trial, RCT） of Huangqi injection in the treatment of Viral Myocarditis in children on line from January 1991 to 2012, and the data were extracted for Meta-analysis with RevMan 5.1 software. Results We identified 42 clinical trials involving 3320 patients. According to the results of Meta-analyses, therapy group of Huangqi injection added showed better effect than normal treatment group（ RR = 1.23,95% CI 1.18 to 1.29 ）. Mean- while ,26 trials observed the adverse drug reaction（ADR） during Huangqi injection was used, no obvious ADR cases had been re- ported. Conclusion Huangqi injection added is more effective than normal treatment for Viral Myocarditis in children, and it can shorten the recuperation time hut doesn＇t increase ADR cases.
