pDC的分化发育及其在免疫耐受中的作用 被引量：1

摘要 浆细胞样树突状细胞（plasmacytoiddendriticcell，pDC）从1958年被发现，其定位于活动性淋巴结周围，呈浆细胞形态，后续的研究发现这些细胞表达T细胞和单核细胞的表面标记，并且在病毒刺激后迅速产生大量的I型干扰素，结合其生物学形态特征、定位、表型及功能，这群细胞曾被称为T细胞样浆细胞、单核细胞样浆细胞、I型干扰素生成细胞。根据近年的研究明确这群细胞具有抗原提呈功能，现公认使用浆细胞样树突状细胞即pDC的名称。
