摘要
本文采用我省9个名特优水稻地方品种资源,系统地进行了蛋白质与氨基酸含量的相关分析.结果表明,除蛋氨酸和酪氨酸外,其余均达到极显著正相关.在人体必需的8种氨基酸中,尤以苯丙氨酸、亮氨酸和缬氨酸与蛋白质含量的关系较为密切.
Correlation analysis of the content of Protein and amino acids of ninelocal rice varieties with famous, special, top quality in Anhui Province was con-ducted systematically by us. The results showed that the protein content was sig-nificant positive corrlaton to the content of amino acids (except Methionine andTyrosine). Eight necessary amino acids for human body had significant positivecorrelation with protein, especially Phenylalanine, Leucine and Valine.
