摘要
目的评估咽拭子快速培养对早期诊断支原体感染的临床应用价值。方法将176例患儿分成A、B两组,A组94例,B组82例,A组为病程﹤7 d,B组为病程≥7 d。入院后两组中每个患儿均予以咽拭子MP培养及血MP-IgM检测,比较每组两种检查阳性率有无差异。结果 A组中咽拭子培养阳性率(36.2%)明显高于血MP-IgM(+)的阳性率(21.3%),χ2=6.0357,P=0.0140,差异有统计学意义;B组咽拭子培养和血MP-IgM(+)的阳性率差异无统计学意义(P=0.664)。结论咽拭子快速培养对肺炎支原体感染的早期诊断有一定临床应用价值,方法简单,创伤小,值得临床推广。
Objective To assess the clinical application value of throat swab rapid culture for early diagnosis of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection. Methods The 176 cases of children were divided into two groups, A group of 94 cases, and B group of 82 cases, group A for the duration of 〈 7 d, group B for the duration of≥7 d;after admission, each of the two groups was received throat swab culture and blood MP-IgM test, and the difference of positive rate were compared from the results of the two groups. Results In group A, throat swab culture positive rate （ 36.2% ） was significantly higher than that of blood MP-IgM （ ＋ ） （21.5%） ,with statistical difference（ x2 = 6. 0357, P = 0. 0140） ;in group B the positive rate of throat swab culture and blood MP-IgM （ ＋ ） was no significant difference （ P = 0. 664）. Conclusion Throat swab rapid culture for early diagnosis of Mycoplas- ma pneumoniae infection had certain clinical value and the method was simple ,less invasive and should be worthy of recommen- dation for wider use in clinic.
