摘要
针对首钢冷轧薄板有限公司连续退火机组生产薄宽规格汽车板出现的炉内瓢曲问题,分析了薄宽规格带钢发生瓢曲的机理,结合实际情况,通过采取调整炉区张力、降低炉区温度、降低辊身温差、防止带钢跑偏等手段,不仅实现了薄宽规格汽车板炉区的稳定通板,也显著提高了退火板形质量,成功地生产出了表面质量达到FC水平的0.6mm×1640mm、0.7mm×1775mm和0.8mm×1820mm的汽车板。
In view of buckling of thin-wide sheet for automobile in furnace in CAL of Shougang Cold Rolling Sheet Co. , Ltd. , its mechanism was analyzed. Based on practical production, some measures, such as adjusting furnace zone tension~ decreasing furnace zone temperature, reducing roll body temperature difference, preventing strip running deviation, were applied. Therefore, the strip shape was obviously improved, and production stability in furnace was realized. At the same time, 0.6mm× 1640mm,0.7mm× 1775mm and 0.8mm× 1820 mm sheets for automobile were developed, which surface quality could reach FC level.
