摘要
梅钢100万t热轧酸洗线在调试过程中发现产品表面存在横跨钢带表面并与轧制方向垂直的腰折缺陷,为此,研究了开卷过程中带钢的受力情况,分析了腰折缺陷的产生机理和影响因素,认为开卷过程中钢卷应力分布不均和钢铁材料自身屈服平台的存在是产生腰折缺陷的根本原因。因此,制定了合理的防折辊和拉矫工艺控制参数,严格控制来料带钢质量,有效降低了腰折缺陷的发生率。
Waist folding defect which was across the strip surface and vertical with rolling direction was ap- peared during try production of 100 × 104 t hot roiling pickling line of Shanghai Meishan Iron & Steel Co. , Ltd. The force condition of strip during de-coiling was studied, the generation mechanism and influence factors of waist folding defect were analyzed. The results show that the prime factors to cause waist folding defect were uneven stress distribution along with the strip during de-coiling and self- property of steel material exist- ence flatness of yield point elongation. Therefore, reasonable parameters of guard against folding roller and pul- ling-straightening technology were designed, and the quality of supplied materials was strictly controlled. By these measures, the waist folding defect was obviously reduced .
