摘要
运用日本东京仪器仪表株式会社生产的一种埋设型应变传感器监测了处于模拟施工现场环境下的高性能混凝土柱的早期自生收缩和水化过程中的温度变化.试验结果表明,硬化前后24小时高性能混凝土的自收缩变形增长最快,绝对变形值也比较大,因此研究高性能混凝土结构耐久性时,早期混凝土的自生收缩必须引起重视.通过比较素混凝土柱构件和配筋混凝土构件的监测结果,得出了配筋对混凝土构件自生收缩的影响以及对混凝土水化温度分布的影响.
In this paper,one kind of embedded strain transducer made in Japan is applied to monitor the early age autogenous shrinkage and temperature change of HPC column during cement hydration course under construction site conditions.The results show that autogenous shrinkage of HPC increases rapidly during the first 24 hours after initial setting time,and the value is pretty large.Therefore,early age autogenous shrinkage of HPC should be addressed during considering the durability of HPC structures.Also the effect of reinforcing on autogenous shrinkage and hydration temperature of HPC columns is obtained by comparing plain HPC specimen with reinforcing one.
