摘要
目的:分析对于患有脑外伤的患者,在手术后发生再出血的原因,并采取相应的防治对策。方法:收集100例患有脑外伤的患者,对其一般资料进行回顾和分析,并总结其手术后并发出血的原因,采取防治对策。结果:100例患者中,患者出院时植物人的有12例,8例死亡,15例患者重度残废,10例患者中度残废,55例患者恢复良好。结论:对于脑外伤手术后再次出血患者,应针对其出血原因,采用相应的防治措施,以提高患者生存率和生存质量。
Objective To analysis that patients with brain injury after their operation happened to the cause of hemorrhage,and take the corresponding countermeasures of prevention and control.Methods Collect the data of 100 cases with brain injury patients,review and analysis the general material and summarize the surgery and the cause of hemorrhage,then take prevention and control measures.Results All 100 cases of patients,the situation is not good after surgery,there are 20 cases of patient＇s family demanded to its discharge from the hospital,12 patients patients discharge vegetable,8 cases dead,15 patients with severe disability,10 patients with moderate disabled,35 patients recovered well.Conclusion For brain injury after surgery in patients with bleeding again,should according to the bleeding reason,take the corresponding prevention and control measures in order to improve the survival and quality of life.
