波立维和泰嘉在冠心病治疗中的疗效和经济学对比分析被引量：9

摘要目的:对比分析波立维和泰嘉在冠心病治疗中的疗效和经济学。方法:选择冠心病患者80例,随机分为两组,试验组40例使用波立维进行治疗,对照组40例使用泰嘉进行治疗,观察对比两组患者的临床疗效、不良反应、治疗费用。结果:两组患者临床疗效、不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组的治疗费用明显高于对照组,治疗费用之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:波利维可被泰嘉代替用于冠心病的抗血小板治疗。
