水稻温敏型叶绿素突变体生理特性研究 被引量:10

摘要 用离子束辐照处理早籼品种陆伍红,从M_1代中获得一个温敏型叶绿素突变体.该突变体和陆伍红相比,表现矮秆,分蘖力强,穗粒数少,生育期长,叶色随气温升高由黄变绿.测定叶绿素含量,发现无论是突变体不同生长时期,还是不同播种期的幼苗,其叶绿素含量、干物质积累均和温度关系密切,有随温度升高而增加的趋势.该突变体的黄化性状可以作为标记性状,用于水稻杂种优势利用的去杂保纯. A temperature-sensitive chlorophyll mutant has been obtained throughion implantation treatment from a early rice (o. sativa subsp. indica) cultivarLuwuhong. The mutant possesses shorter culm, lusher tillering ability, less spi-kelet number per panicle and lighter grain weight etc, as compared with itsorigin plants. Moreover, the leaf colour of the mutant turned from yellow to gr-een with the rise of temperature. At the same time the chlorophyll content wasdetermined, that the chlorophyll content and the dry matter accumulation of themutant at different sowing times or growing stages were close relation to airtemperature, they show a tendency to increase, when the temperature rises. Thetemperature-sensitive chlorophyll mutant may be used as an indicator characterfor screening and roguing on rice heterosis.
