摘要
目的观察阿托伐他汀治疗高脂血症的疗效及安全性。方法将70例经抽血化验明确诊断为高脂血症患者按就诊先后分为治疗组和对照组各35例。治疗组给予药物阿托伐他汀治疗,对照组采用复方降脂胶囊治疗,两组疗程均为8周。比较两组治疗前后血脂、肝功能等指标变化和药物不良反应情况。结果治疗组总有效率为82.86%,明显高于对照组的57.14%(P<0.01)。治疗后两组绝大部分血脂指标均显著改善(P<0.05或<0.01),治疗组改善的程度显著大于对照组(P<0.01)。两组在治疗中均未发生严重副作用。结论阿托伐他汀钙片是一种安全有效的调脂药。
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of atorvastatin in the treatment of hyperlipidemia. Methods 70 cases confirmly diagnosed with hyperlipidemia after blood tests were divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 35 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated by atorvastatin,while the control group was given the treatment of compound lipid-lowering capsules and both groups were treated for 8 weeks. The blood lipids,liver function and other changing indicators and adverse drug reactions of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 82.85 %, which was signifi- cantly higher than that（57.14 % ）of the control group（ P 〈0.01）. After treatment, most of the indicators of blood Lipids in both groups were significantly improved（ P d0.05 or 〈0.01）. But the treatment group had obviously greater improvement than the control group（ P 〈0. 01）. The two groups did not have serious side effects in the treatment. Conclusion Atorvastatin calcium is a safe and effective lipid-lowering medicine.
