摘要
目的了解桂西某县一般人群对艾滋病相关知识的知晓率及安全套使用情况,以便今后更有针对性地开展防治艾滋病知识宣传教育活动。方法根据随机抽样的原则,对该县500个居民进行现场问卷调查。主要包括艾滋病的知识和安全套的使用等内容。结果该县一般人群对艾滋病知晓率为45.21%,安全套使用率较低。年龄、文化程度和调查地点是艾滋病认知水平的主要影响因素(P<0.05),年龄和文化程度是安全套使用情况的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论目前该地一般人群对艾滋病认识水平不高且安全套使用率较低,很有必要加强艾滋病知识及安全性行为意识的宣传教育,提高民众防艾抗艾意识,切实维护广大人群的身体健康。
Objective To investigate the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge and the condom use among general population of a county in western Guangxi so as to carry out the targeted publicity and education activities on preven- tion of AIDS in the future. Methods 500 residents of the county were surveyed with spot field questionnaire according to random sampling principle. The questionnaire mainly covered the knowledge of AIDS and condom usage, ect. Re- suits The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge in this county was just 45.21%, and the condom use rate was relative- ly low. Age,education level and the inquiry location were factors that mainly affected the awareness level of AIDS（ P 〈0.05）, while age and education level were the main factors affecting condom use（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The awareness level of AIDS and condom use rate were very low in this county. It is necessary to improve the publicity of AIDS knowledge and awareness of safe sex as well as the public awareness of AIDS prevention to protect people＇ s health.
