摘要
目的建立桂林地区血浆同型半胱氨酸临床参考范围。方法采用生化分析仪检测960例健康体检人群的血浆同型半胱氨酸浓度。结果在健康人群中男性同型半胱氨酸值明显高于女性,各个年龄组之间随着年龄的增长同型半胱氨酸值有增高趋势。结论同型半胱氨酸值存在年龄与性别差异,本实验室建立了桂林地区健康人群的血浆同型半胱氨酸参考范围。
Objective To establish the reference range of healthy adults＇ plasma homocysteine（Hcy） in Guilin Region. Methods The plasma Hcy concentration of 960 people who underwent physical examination were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer. Results The plasma Hcy level of males was obviously higher than that of females. And the plasma Hcy level increased with age. Conclusion There is significant difference in Hcy levels between differ- ent genders and different ages among healthy adults. And the reference range of plasma Hcy of healthy adults in Gull- in region was established by our laboratory.
