摘要
采用界面聚合法制备了以薰衣草香精为芯材,聚氨酯为壁材的微胶囊型芳香整理剂。壁材聚氨酯由TDI和聚乙二醇(PEG)聚合而制得。通过单因素实验和正交实验得出较佳的形成微胶囊的工艺条件为:PEG分子量400,皮芯比1:2,海藻酸钠浓度0.10%,PVA浓度1%,乳化速度9500rpm,乳化时间5min,反应时间2h,并将此工艺条件下制得的微胶囊对织物进行后整理,得到了贮香效果较好的芳香织物。
Interfacial polymerization method has been employed to prepare polyurethane microcapsules fragrant agent in this paper, in which, the core material is lavender oil and the wall material is forming from a reaction with TDI and PEG. Through single factor and orthogonality experiments, the optimum technology condition has been got as follows: the molecular of PEG 400, core/wall ratio 1:2, Sodium alginate (SA) 0.10%, PVA: 1%, disperser, emulsifying speed 9500rpm, emulsifying time 5min and reaction time 2h. The microcapsules fragrant agent which prepared under the optimum conditions has been applied on the fabrics. Some kind of good controlled-release fragrant fabrics have been obtained.
