摘要
目的 :寻找治疗子宫内膜异位症的有效药物。方法 :运用中药内异消症汤治疗子宫内膜异位症 90例 ,同时设立西药对照组。观察治疗前后痛经症状、盆腔内异包块大小的改变及不孕症的受孕情况。结果 :治疗组总有效率 93 33% ,痊愈显效率66 67% ,疗效明显优于对照组。结论 :内异消症具有明显改善痛经、促进盆腔内异包块消散及不孕患者受孕的作用 ,同时维护女性的生理功能 ,做到病从本治 ,是治疗子宫内膜异位症安全、有效的方剂。
Object:To look for the effective Chinese Herbs of treating EndometriosMetheds:To treat 90 cases of Endometriosis with NeiYiXiaoZhen Decoction,a control group treated with western medicine was taken at the same time. To observe the synptomes of menalgia ,the changes about the size of pvlvac mass and the conception of sterility, Results:The treated group whose tltal effective rate was 83.3% and the cure rate was 66.67% had better clinical efficacy than the control group.conclusion:NeiYiXiaoZhen Decoction can improve the synptoms of memalgia, resolute the pelvic mass ,impregnate sterility patients, safeguard the women'physiological function. To treat the diseas focus on its principal sause, It's a safe and effective decoction to treat Endometriosis.
