基于太赫兹技术的地沟油快速检测仪问世 被引量:2

摘要 地沟油是中国食品安全领域亟待解决的重大问题之一。科研人员研制的“一秒钟准确检测地沟油”设备亮相于近期举行的第14届中国国际工业博览会。据介绍,该设备检测准确率超过90%,可解决当下地沟油监管难、检测难的问题。目前,该检测仪样机已成形,并付诸批量生产,年初或将面世。
