摘要
验证了钢渣能替代石料用在沥青混合料中。通过TCLP(Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure)方法对钢渣沥青混合料重金属进行了浸出。探讨了钢渣及钢渣沥青混合料中重金属浸出行为,沥青种类对重金属浸出的影响。结果表明,钢渣中Cu、V、Zn、As、Mn浸出浓度均超出标准。3种不同沥青制成的AC-16沥青混合料中Cu、V、Zn、As、Mn浸出浓度相差不大,说明沥青种类对重金属浸出影响不大。Cu、Zn浸出浓度在标准之内,As、Mn浸出浓度超出标准。
This study verified that the steel slag can replace the stone as aggregate to be used in asphalt mixture. The heavy metals were leached from steel slag asphalt mixture by TCLP (Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure). The leaching behavior of heavy metal leaching from steel slag and asphalt mixture were investigated. The results showed that the leaching concentrations of Cu, V, Zn, As, Mn exceeded the standard concentrations. There was no visi- ble concentration difference between Cu,V,Zn,As,Mn leaching from AC-16 asphalt mixture made with 3 kinds of as- phalt, which indicated the asphalt variety has little effect on the heavy metal leaching behavior. The Cu, Zn concentra- tions leaching from asphalt mixture were all below the standard concentrations, while the As, Mn leaching exceeded the standard concentrations.
