某纤维板厂甲醛危害及其关键控制点分析

摘要 目的对纤维板生产过程中的甲醛危害进行识别与分析,确定甲醛危害的关键控制点,从而提出控制措施。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查、工作场所甲醛浓度检测和职业健康监护相结合的方法,对该企业的甲醛危害进行分析。结果甲醛是该纤维板厂的主要职业病危害因素,其浓度范围为0.16~4.98mg/m3,超标率80.00%。结论纤维板生产过程中,甲醛危害的防护应从职业病危害关键控制点人手,采取切实可行的职业病危害防护设施或措施,减少或降低职业病危害因素对工人健康的损害。 Objective To analyze the formaldehyde hazard and to identify the critical control points of this hazard in a high density fiberboard factory, so that the control measures were advised for this factory. Methods Occupational investigation was done in this factory carefully,the airborne concentrations of formaldehyde at worksites were measured and physical examination of exposed workers were done. Results Formaldehyde is the main occupational hazard in this HDF factory,the concentrations of formaldehyde varied from 0.16 - 4.98 mg/m3 and 80.00% samples were not compliant with the OELs . Conclusion The effective facilities and measures against formaldehyde hazard should be taken in order to reduce the formaldehyde exposure of workers.
