某荧光灯厂一期工程职业病危害因素识别与关键控制点分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析某荧光灯厂一期工程生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素及危害程度,确定职业病危害关键控制点。方法采用职业卫生现场调查法、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查等方法,对生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素进行识别和分析。结果该厂存在的职业病危害因素有粉尘(氧化铝粉尘及电焊烟尘),化学毒物(汞、一氧化碳、丁酮、环己酮、丙酮、二氧化硫、锰、二氧化氮、氨)和物理因素(噪声、高温、振动)。现场检测结果表明,各检测岗位噪声强度在50.6-89.1dB(A)之间,超标率为20%,工作场所其他职业病危害因素的浓度符合《工作场所有害因素职业接触限值》的要求。结论该建设项目属职业病危害严重建设项目,汞和噪声超标作业点是该项目职业病危害关键控制点。 Objective To identify the critical control point of occupational hazards in a fluorescent lamp factory. Methods Occupational investigation was done in this factory. The technical procedures were analyzed. The occupational hazards were identified and the concentration or intensity of these hazards were measured. The physical examination of workers exposed to these hazards were carried out. Results The main occupational hazards included alumina dust , welding fume , mercury, carbon monoxide, methyl ethyl ketone, cyclohexanone, acetone, manganese, nitrogen dioxide, sulphur dioxide, ammonia, noise, heat stress and vibrations. The measurement showed that noise level varied from 50.6 ~ 89.1 dB (A) at various worksites and noise levels at 20% worksites were not compliant with national occupational exposure level. The airborne concentrations of chemical hazards were lower than OELs. Conclusion Mercury and noise were the major concerned occupational hazards and the critical control point should be found in the production line according to the technical procedure characteristics.
