知识管理重在"管理",而管理的核心在于"知识"。当今时代,依靠知识维持经济的持续增长是管理的目标,知识管理成为管理的主题。高校图书馆知识管理是一个新事物,其理论尚不完善,研究方法有待进一步的改善,研究内容、对象、范围等还在不断地被探讨。
Knowledge management focuses on ＂management＂,and the core of management lies in ＂knowledge＂.In the present era,the maintenance of economic sustainable growth depending on knowledge is the goal of management,and the knowledge management becomes the theme in the field of management.University library knowledge management is a new thing,so the theory about it is still not perfect.The research method of it needs to be further improved,and the research content,object,scope need to be discussed constantly.
