摘要
激发和调动广大教师的科研热情和积极性是普通师范院校科研管理工作的重要组成部分。本文阐述了科研管理中激励机制的重要作用和目前普通师范院校实施科研激励机制的特点,从而给出了有效实施科研激励机制的建议。
Inspiring and mobilizing the teachers＇ passion and enthusiasm for academic research is an important part of academic research management work in ordinary normal university.This paper described the important role and characteristics of the incentive mechanism of academic research management in ordinary normal universities,and put forward the advice of implementing incentive mechanism of academic research.
