以苄基三乙基氯化铵为相转移催化剂合成苄叉丙酮

Synthesis of Benzalacetone by Benzyltriethyl Ammonium Chloride Phase Transfer Catalyst

摘要 利用苄基三乙基氯化铵为相转移催化剂合成苄叉丙酮,以苯甲醛和丙酮为原料,丙酮过量,在稀碱的催化作用下,合成了苄叉丙酮。考察了相转移催化剂的用量、醛酮摩尔比、反应温度及反应时间等因素对苄叉丙酮产率的影响。实验结果表明,以相转移催化剂苄基三乙基氯化铵催化合成苄叉丙酮的较优反应条件为:苯甲醛0.1mol,n(苯甲醛):n(丙酮)=1:2,催化剂用量为2 g,反应温度为30℃,电磁搅拌作用下反应40 min,苄叉丙酮产率可达94.9%。 By using benzyl triethyl ammonium chloride as phase transfer catalyst,benzaldehyde and excess acetone as raw materials,weak alkaline solution as catalyst,benzalacetone was synthesized to study the amount of catalyst,the molar ratio of benzaldehyde and acetone,reaction temperature,reaction time and other factors on the yield.The results show that benzyl triethyl ammonium chloride catalyzed synthesis of benzalacetone optimum reaction conditions: n(benzaldehyde)=0.1mol;n(benzaldehyde):n(acetone) = 1:2;the amount of catalyst was 2 g;the yield of benzalacetone was 94.9% at a reaction temperature of 30℃ and a reaction time of 40 min.
