摘要
塔西南石化厂的合成氨装置以天然气为原料,脱碳采用本菲尔法,扩能后产能从原来的6万t/a增加到10万t/a。分析了高负荷下脱碳系统遇到的问题,介绍了控制脱碳系统平稳运行的优化操作措施。
The ammonia unit of Taxinan Petrochemical Plant used natural gas as feedstock and Benfield technology for CO,_ removal, and its capacity increased to 100kt/a from 60kt/a after expansion. The problems of the CO, removal system under high load were analyzed, and the optimized measures for steady operation of the system under high load were introduced.
