摘要
针对中煤集团应对煤炭市场挑战采取措施及实际情况,对提高煤炭质量、加强煤炭营销管理满足客户需求进行了综合分析,提出了以市场为导向、以客户为中心组织煤炭产运销一体化的具体措施,为其他煤炭生产企业产运销运行模式的制定提供了参考。
According to the actual situation of China National Coal Group taking measures to respond to the coal market challenges, the paper conducts comprehensive analysis on improving coal quality to meet customer demands and strengthening coal marketing network construction, and then it puts forward the specific measures of market-oriented and customer-centered coal pro- ducing-transport-marketing integration.
