摘要
基于我国煤炭产业链的发展现状，提出了煤炭大物流体系的概念，并对其特点、组成与结构、组织体系、实体网络等内容进行了深入探讨。在此基础上提出了贵州某大型煤炭企业如何实现其大物流体系的战略规划建设简述。
Abstract In the coal industry depth adjustment process, coal logistics system strategic plan- ning and construction will he directly related to the coal industry consolidation, development effect. In this paper, based on China＇s coal industry chain development present situation, pro- posed the coal logistics system concept, and the characteristics, composition and structure, or- ganization system, network entity and other content were investigated. Finally, on this basis put forward to a large coal enterprises from Guizhou how to achieve their strategic planning and con- struction of logistics system.
