摘要
应用高效液相色谱分离测定的方法 ,研究了犬口服异丁司特的药代动力学。回收率参数 >95 % ,检测灵敏度为 1ng/ ml,变异系数 <5 % ,口服异丁司特后吸收迅速 ,2 4h内基本消除 ,应用 AIC法对异丁司特的血药浓度 -时间曲线拟合 。
By using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), the pharmacokinetics was studied in dogs after oral feeding Ibudlast. The mean recoveries of Ibudlast were more than 95 %, the sensitivity was 1 ng/ml and the coefficient of variation was less than 5 %. After oral administration, Ibudlast was quickly absorbed and almost all of it was eliminated within 24 h. The blood concentration time cure for Ibudlast was adequately fitted to one compartment model.
