摘要
企业战略薪酬管理系统是一个开放的非线性复杂适应系统,具有自我适应、自我演化的协同学特征。首先对战略薪酬管理及其协同进行概述;引入系统协同的序参量,对企业战略薪酬管理系统协同进行了序参量分析;在分析序参量的作用机理和协同效应的生成机理的基础上,得出基于协同平台的战略薪酬管理协同机制、建立模型。运用协同学的理论和方法,研究企业战略薪酬管理系统协同的机理和根源,用来指导企业战略薪酬管理协同实践。
The strategic compensation management system of the enterprise is open, nonlinear, and complexly adaptive, which has the synergetic characters of self-adaptation and serf-evolution. First, this paper summarizes the strategic compensation management and its synergy. Then the order parameter of system synergy is introduced to analyze the synergy for the strategic compensation management system of the enterprise. While analyzing the working mechanism of order parameter and the generating mechanism of its synergic effect, the paper, on the ba- sis of the synergy platform, concludes the synergetic mechanism for strategic compensation management and builds the model. The synergetic theory and method can be used to study the synergetic mechanism and origin of strategic compensation management system of the enterprise, guiding the synergetic practice in the strategic com- pensation management of the enterprise.
