应用多西紫杉醇治疗晚期胃癌的疗效分析被引量：1

摘要目的：观察多西紫杉醇对晚期胃癌的治疗效果。方法：从我院收治入院的晚期胃癌患者中抽取60例，分为观察组与对照组，对照组患者使用顺铂及5-氟尿嘧啶进行治疗，观察组患者在此基础上加入多西紫杉醇进行联合治疗。结果：加入多西紫杉醇联合治疗的观察组患者治疗效果明显好于对照组，并发症明显少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：多西紫杉醇能够对晚期胃癌患者形成有效的治疗效果，尤其与铂类抗癌药物和氟尿嘧啶联用可以起到非常理想的临床疗效，同时减少并发症及不良反应的发生，明显提高了患者的生活质量。
