摘要
虹膜定位是虹膜识别的重要环节,然而高度非侵犯性的虹膜识别系统采集到的虹膜图像通常是不完美的,存在眼睑噪声、睫毛噪声和位于瞳孔内的反射光斑等问题,会给虹膜定位带来不利影响,从而影响虹膜识别的准确性.考虑到虹膜定位的重要地位,基于虹膜图像结构特征,提出了一种简单易行的虹膜内外边缘定位方法;并基于灰度阈值分别设计了去除眼睑、睫毛噪声对外边缘定位影响的改进措施和去除瞳孔内光斑对内边缘定位影响的改进措施,有效提高了定位精度.
The iris localization is an important part of iris recognition. However, the iris image collected by a high unforced iris recognition system is usually not perfect ,for example, eyelid noise, eyelashes noise and reflection in pupil may be existing in iris images. It brings lots of adverse effect to iris localization, and thereby the accuracy of iris recognition is depressed. Based on the structure characteristic of an iris image, a simple and practicable method is proposed to locate the inner and outer edges of the iris. In order to effectively improve the iris localization precision, on the basis of gray threshold, improvement measures are designed to eliminate the adverse effects brought by eyelid noise, eyelashes noise and reflection in the pupil.
