摘要
目的；探讨幽门螺旋杆菌粪便抗原免疲快检卡的临床应用价值。方法：选取2009年2月-2010年5月来我院接受胃镜检查的58例患者，用幽门螺旋杆菌粪便抗原免疫快检卡检测患者的幽门螺旋杆茸感染情况，并用“金标准”评价HpSA幽门螺旋杆菌粪便抗原免疫快检卡诊断幽门螺旋杆菌感染的敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值及阴性预测值情况。结果：幽门螺旋杆菌粪便抗原免疫快检卡诊断幽门螺旋杆菌感染的敏感性为92．6％，特异性为90．3％，阳性预测值89．3％，阴性预测值93．3％。结论：幽门螺旋杆菌粪便抗原免疫快检卡是一种操作简便且特异性高，较为准确可靠的幽门螺旋杆菌感染检测方式。
Objective：To investigate the H p. stool antigen immune quick checking card clinical applications. Methods：From February 2009 to May 2010,58 patients were chosen in our hospital, using HpSA immune Express check card test patients with Hp infection, and the ＂gold standard＂ for evaluation of the HpSA immune Express check card diagnostic Hp infection, sensitivity, specificity, positive and negative predictive value. Result： Quick check card for the HpSA immune diagnosis of Hp infection, the sensitivity was 93.1%, specificity 87.9%, 91.4% positive predictive value, negative predictive value 89.7%. Conclnsion：The HpSA immune quick inspection card is simple and high specificity, accurate and reliable Hp infection detection.
