舒适麻醉流程在学龄前期小儿手术中的应用 被引量：5

摘要 目的：探讨舒适麻醉流程在学龄前期儿童手术麻醉中应用。方法：选取我院择期行手术治疗的学龄期患儿60例，并随机分为舒适麻醉组和传统麻醉组各30例。观察两组患儿焦虑水平、诱导期合作度、家长的满意程度。结果：舒适麻醉组在4个时间点的改良耶鲁围术期焦虑量表评分均低于传统麻醉组，且更加合作，整个围术期舒适麻醉组家长满意度更高。结论：舒适麻醉流程更能满足学龄前期小儿麻醉的生理及心理特点，值得在临床推广。
