摘要
目的：总结踝关节部位骨折的症状及影像特点并探讨最优外科诊疗方案。方法：根据我院骨伤科收集的从2009年1月-2012年1月的我院手术治疗的94例病人的病例资料进行新个性化研究和总结，随访6～12个月用评分标准对临床疗效量化评价。结果：以12-14周为踝部位骨损伤愈合的时间。评价等级为：优72良10中11差1。优良率87％。结论：踝部位骨折手术方案的选择最好在考虑周围韧带组织的损伤情况的基础上同时以骨损铰的种类为主要决定因素。
Objective：To summarize ankle fractures symptoms and imaging characteristics and to explore the optimal surgical treatment programs.
