猪肉消费者超市购买行为影响因素的实证分析——基于对山东省560位消费者的问卷调查 被引量:3

摘要 随着家庭收入水平和对食品安全重视程度的不断提高,越来越多的消费者把超市作为购买猪肉的主要场所。本文基于山东省560位消费者的问卷调查数据,运用Logit二元选择模型实证分析了猪肉消费者超市购买行为的影响因素。研究结果表明:受访者的年龄、文化程度、家庭人均月收入、对问题猪肉的认知和对超市猪肉的认知,以及超市的猪肉质量和购物环境7因素对猪肉消费者超市购买行为有显著正影响。 With the continuous increment of domestic income level and the attention to food safety,the more and more consumers regard the supermarket as the main place of buying pork.Based on the 560 consumers' survey data in Shandong province,this paper adopts to the Logistic Model of Two Elements to analyze the factors influencing consumers' behaviors to buy pork in supermarkets.The results show that the seven factors such as the sampled visitors' age,education,per capita monthly income of family,the cognition of the problematic pork and the pork in supermarkets,and the pork quality and shopping environment in supermarkets have significant positive impact on pork consumers' buying behaviors in supermarkets.
