摘要
目的验证大角度静脉穿刺术的临床应用价值。方法将大角度静脉穿刺术与常规静脉穿刺术各行815例次临床应用 ,观察静脉穿刺的速度与质量 ,以及两种静脉穿刺术对兔耳静脉穿刺后局部病理组织改变的影响。结果临床对比应用表明 ,大角度静脉穿刺组回血时间缩短 1 2 4s ,一针成功率提高 4 11% ,皮下瘀血率减少0 71% ,各项指标皆有显著性差异 ,P值均 <0 0 1;动物实验提示 ,大角度静脉穿刺组静脉管壁周围组织损伤程度较轻。结论大角度静脉穿刺术具有穿刺后回血时间快、一针成功率高和损伤程度轻的优点 ,有推广应用价值。
Objective To verify clinical application value of vein puncture by large angle.Method We performed vein puncture by large angle and normal vein puncture on 815 cases respectively and observed the speed and qualified effects of vein puncture and influence on pathological tissue changes of rabbit's vein puncture part.Result Clinical application showed that the time of backward blood in vein puncture group by large angle shorten 1.24second, the successful rate by one injection increased 4.11%, the rate of subcutaneous stasis blood reduced 0.71%. All indexes were of signicient difference ,p<0.01; Animal experiment indicated that the damage of subcutaneous tissue and blood tube wall were less in vein puncture group by large angle.Conclusion Vein puncture by large angle has many advantages. That is ,the time of backward blood is fast after puncture, the successful rate by one injection is high, the degree of damage is less and the patient's pain is slight. Therefore, It is of spreading application value.
