摘要
目的 探讨胃、肠经特定穴位对非溃疡性消化不良的影响。方法 6 5例非溃疡性消化不良患者分为 4型 ,观察临床疗效及血浆 MTL(pol/ L)。结果 溃疡样、返流样、非特异性消化不良之间疗效无差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,动力紊乱性消化不良疗效有差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 针刺特定穴治疗非溃疡性消化不良疗效满意 ,且能改善患者的血浆 MTL
Purpose To investigate the influence of specific acupoints of stomach and intestine meridians on non ulcerous dyspepsia.Methods Sixty five cases of non ulcerous dyspepsia were divided into 4 types. The clinical effect and plasma MTL(pol/L) were observed.Results There was no significant difference in curative effect among ulcerous, regurgitant and nonspecific dyspepsia( P >0.05). The curative effect on dyskinetic dyspepsia was significantly different( P <0.05).Conclusion Needling specific acupoints has a satisfactory effect on non ulcerous dyspepsia, and can improve plasma MTL concentration(pol/L) in the patients.
