摘要
目的 观察穴位埋线结合中药治疗十二指肠溃疡 (DU)伴幽门螺杆菌 (HP)感染的疗效。方法 治疗组 172例 ,采用穴位埋线结合中药治疗 ;对照组 42例 ,口服泰胃美胶囊等西药。结果 治疗组及对照组的总有效率、HP根除率、复发率分别为 97.1%、83.3% ;89.5 %、76 .1% ;8.4%、2 5 .7% ,经统计学处理 P<0 .0 1、P<0 .0 5。结论 穴位埋线结合中药治疗 DU伴 HP感染疗效明显优于西药 ,HP根除率明显高于西药组 ,复发率低于西药组 。
Purpose To observe the curative effect of acupoint catgut implantation plus Chinese herbs on duodenal ulcer (DU) with Helicobactor pyloris (HP) infection. Methods The treatment group of 172 cases received acupoint catgut implantation and Chinese herbs; the control group of 42 cases took cimetidine tablets and other Western drugs. Results The total effective rate, HP eradication rate and recurrence rate were 97.1%, 89.5% and 8.4% in treatment group and 83.3%, 76.1% and 25.7% in control group. Statistical analysis showed P <0.01 and P <0.05. Conclusion The curative effect of acupoint catgut implantation plus Chinese herbs on DU with HP infection is significantly superior to that of Western medicine. HP eradication rate is significantly higher in treatment group than in control group. The recurrence rate is significantly lower in treatment group than in control group. It is indicated that the long term effect of this therapy is better than that in Western medicine group.
