摘要
新形势下学生工作复杂多变,对辅导员工作了提出了新的挑战。而传统的辅导员工作模式由于分工不明确,职责定位不明晰等存在诸多弊端,难以适应快速发展的学生工作,也不利于辅导员的专业化发展道路。而基于精细分工基础上的团队工作模式具有分担角色压力和避免角色冲突,维护绩效考核的公平公正、促进辅导员队伍专业化和专家化等优势。
Working with student affairs is complicated under new circumstances. It is a new challenge for university conselors' work. Because of unclear division of labor, indefinite responsibility and other disadvantages, traditional mode of their work is difficult to adapt to rapid development of work with student affairs and it goes against the development of conselors' specialization. However, based on elaborate division, the mode of teamwork can share the pressure and avoid the conflict among different roles. It also can maintain the justice of performance assessment and promote the specialization and profession of the counselor team.
