摘要
根据生产工艺要求,设计和实现了树脂磨具硬化炉温度自动控制系统,给出了新的电气控制主回路和控制系统硬件组成。负载分三组控制,双相晶闸管控制一组,另两组由接触器控制。介绍了硬化炉控温系统的工作原理和运行特点。实现了基于PLC的温度PID控制方式。利用计算机软件对三相不对称负载系统进行仿真,进一步探讨了不平衡负载的影响。实际运行表明,系统温度超调量减小,调整时间缩短,控制效果明显增强,提高了产品质量。
Based on the requirements of production process, an auto-system was implemented to control the temperature of curing oven of resinoid abrasives. A new e-controlled main circuit was designed, as well as new hardwares. The heating pipes were divided into three groups to control, the first of which was controlled by bidirectional thyristor, while the other two were controlled by contactors. The principle and characters of the system were introduced. The PID control over temperature based on PLC was realized. Simulation on the three- phase asymmetric load system was done by computer soflwares to discuss the influences of such loads further. The practical operation showed that the overshoot of temperature decreased as well as the adjusting time, and control effect was obviously enhanced, same was the product quality.
